Happy Hearts Fund (Now All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response) is seeking a field program coordinator to support the humanitarian response team in Colombia. You will assist with assessments, field scheduling, data management, and on-site logistics to help deliver programs efficiently.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year coordination experience in humanitarian settings, Spanish fluency, and proficient use of Google Workspace and MS Office.

Formación

• Spanish fluency required; English knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in coordination in humanitarian responses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the program team by coordinating field activities and data entry in All Hands & Hearts' systems.
• Coordinate field teams, scheduling assessments, and base/site orientation.
• Handle financial and logistics support, vendor relations, and procurement coordination.
• Track material usage and field data; guide teams in the field.
• Assist with beneficiary assessments, distributions, and post-distribution monitoring.
• Support transport and telecommunications planning for field teams.
• Maintain health and safety practices, incident reporting and documentation.
