All Hands and Hearts Smart Response, Inc. seeks a field coordination assistant to support its humanitarian programs in disaster settings.

The role emphasizes field work, scheduling assessments, coordinating activities, data management, and team/volunteer support in the program base. Responsibilities include beneficiary processes, transport logistics, procurement support, base management, and health and safety implementation.

Formación

• Spanish fluency required; English working knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in coordination in humanitarian responses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the program team including field work scheduling, assessments, activity coordination and data management in All Hands & Hearts' database.
• Coordinate team and volunteer outreach, orientation, scheduling, and overall program management.
• Provide financial and logistics support including vendor invoices and cash handling.
• Track material usage and work records; lead field teams with troubleshooting as needed.
• Support beneficiary assessments, targeting, registration, verification and distributions.
• Assist with transport, telecommunications, procurement, and general base operations.
• Reinforce health and safety practices, risk assessments, incident reporting, and training.
