You will navigate multiple systems, resolve problems, and maintain detailed records while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This is an independent contract with weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience in call center, e-commerce, retail, or technical support.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer navigation skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Barranquilla, Colombia.
