Qualifications

• Two-language proficiency (English and Spanish) required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in ecommerce or call center.
• Strong computer navigation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information, order status, sizing, and returns/exchanges.
• Resolve website navigation and checkout issues; document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining positive customer experience.
