Resolv Global in Barranquilla, Colombia is seeking a bilingual customer service professional to join our on-site team. You will assist customers of an online clothing retailer with product inquiries, orders, sizing, returns, exchanges, and website-related issues, working in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in calls or chat.
• Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate digital tools.
• Full-time on-site availability in Barranquilla, Colombia.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information, sizing, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve website navigation, checkout, and account issues.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
