Foundever is actively seeking a Collections Agent in Bogotá to manage customer interactions about balances, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on commitments. The role is 100% on-site with a 42-hour work week, one weekend day off, and a compensation package including a competitive salary plus a transportation allowance and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate has a B2+ English level, Call Center and Collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven

Work Model

• 100% On-site

Schedule

• 42 hours per week
• 1 day off per week (from the weekend)
• Availability according to the operation's schedule
