This role demands strong third-party collections experience, excellent English and Spanish communication skills, and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements effectively.

Formación

• Previous BPO collections experience is required.
• Strong understanding of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations.
• Must meet all technical requirements listed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Ensure full compliance with FDCPA and collections regulations.
