Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a friendly, highly articulate Bilingual Client Service Liaison fluent in Spanish and English for a full-time remote role. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer support while handling inquiries via phone and email.

No prior legal background is needed; you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone.
• Excellent verbal communication with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
• No legal background required; full on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary, customer-facing contact for clients by phone and email.
• Handle inbound calls and conduct proactive outbound follow-up in English and Spanish.
• Communicate empathetically, professionally, and clearly to ensure a positive service experience.
• Provide general administrative support and cross-departmental assistance.
• Document client communications and updates in the firm's database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client questions promptly.
