CoreBridge Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support U.S. law firm clients throughout all phases of civil litigation. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to handle legal research, document drafting, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position emphasizes work-from-home flexibility and professional development.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably focused on U.S. civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage and organize case files.
• Coordinate communication with clients and court personnel.
• Prepare and manage discovery.
• Assist in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English

Fluency in Spanish

Knowledge of civil litigation procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Proficient in Google Workspace

Excellent communication skills

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
