Job summary

Marsh in Bogotá is seeking a detail-oriented Property & Casualty Claims Analyst to join our Operations team. The role is based in Bogotá and follows a hybrid work model with at least three days in the office each week.

You will support the end-to-end claims process: reviewing notices, creating claims, performing initial policy analysis, attaching documents, managing email and triage across coverage areas. A tech or admin background in insurance is required with at least one year of P&C claims

Qualifications

• Technical or technologist degree in insurance, administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport, machinery, fire, liability, IRF).
• Experience performing claims triage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review client claim notices.
• Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of the affected policies.
• Search for and attach relevant documents for the advisory area and archive emails in our system.
• Manage the email inbox and perform coverage triage.
