In The Network is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Case Manager for a fully remote role. You will handle cases from intake to progression, coordinating with clients, attorneys, insurers, and medical providers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Personal Injury or legal case management, strong communication, HIPAA knowledge, and the ability to work independently with a remote team. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Formación

• 2+ years in Personal Injury or legal case management preferred.
• Knowledge of personal injury, medical records, and legal processes.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge required.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Independent work with remote team collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software.
• Professional, empathetic, client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through progression.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates and support.
• Coordinate medical appointments, records, and authorizations.
• Open and maintain accurate client files in CMS.
• Track medical records, bills, and documents.
• Assist with FOIA and case-related documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, and providers.
• Monitor case timelines, treatment plans, and budgets.
• Review documentation and address deficiencies.
• Meet KPIs and quality standards.

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with strong knowledge of legal and medical processes? Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers?

What you'll do:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through case progression
• Communicate with clients and provide consistent updates and support
• Coordinate medical appointments, treatment, transportation, and follow-ups
• Open and maintain accurate client files in case management systems
• Request and track medical records, bills, photos, authorizations, and other documentation
• Assist with FOIA requests and other case-related documentation
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor treatment plans, case timelines, medical requests, and outstanding items
• Review case documentation and address deficiencies
• Track case budgets, billing, and other important deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and meet established KPIs and quality standards
• Follow all company and software policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of Personal Injury or legal case management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of personal injury, medical records, and legal processes
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
• Fluent English at a C1 level or higher — written and verbal
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar platforms
• Ability to quickly learn new case management software and technology
• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Paralegal certification is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
