Solvo Global Careers is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys through the lifecycle of motor vehicle accident claims. The role requires strong client communication in English and Spanish and meticulous case management in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of PI paralegal experience, with the ability to gather medical records, draft correspondence, and assist in settlement negotiations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, with a strong focus on motor vehicle accident cases.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation support.
• Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication in both English and Spanish.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation.
• Draft correspondence, demand packages, and legal documents.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in claims.
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case files.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years of experience handling motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases. The ideal candidate will support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury claims, maintain communication with Spanish-speaking clients, and assist in case development, documentation, and settlement preparation.
