Concentrix is seeking an Associate Account Manager - Bilingual in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on overseeing the management of complex client accounts, renewing, expanding, and converting service relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction across the customer base.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, meeting monthly quotas, negotiating contracts, and using data to drive renewal and upsell decisions. You will work with various partners and report to a Sales Manager.

Formación

• Experience managing complex client accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet revenue quotas and drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee management of complex client accounts and client relationships.
• Renew, expand, and convert client services within the portfolio.
• Call upon existing client customers to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage objections to protect revenue and margins.
• Use data to identify risks and drive renewal and upsell decisions.
