Formación

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with important channel partners.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Conduct health checks to analyze customer needs.
• Create training for sales teams on product benefits.

Conocimientos

Customer service experience

High-volume calling

Problem-solving skills

Coaching or training experience

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
