Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Understanding of the main challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
• Experience building client relationships and presenting information clearly in meetings or presentations
• Experience with analytics tools, predictive modeling, databases, or data collection systems
• The ability to manage several projects at once while keeping work accurate and on time
• Problem solving skills that help you find and fix issues quickly
• 2 to 3 years of brokerage or agency experience, which is preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization patterns.
• Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice; present plan performance reports and review product results.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to set clear timelines and maintain progress, with travel up to 10%.
