Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented International Benefits Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality client service within our Benefits practice in Bogotá. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of benefit plan administration activities, including document review, renewals, reporting, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, benefits administration, insurance, account management support, or a related role.
• Experience working with benefit plans, renewals, or client administration processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using client management systems, reporting tools, or CRM platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze benefit plan documents for discrepancies and compliance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify discrepancies and obtain information.
• Populate, update, and maintain renewal documents with accurate data.
• Prepare professional presentations and client-ready materials for meetings, renewals, and reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and update coverage information in systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals and policy updates.
• Facilitate monthly delivery of client communications and disclosures.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete and delivered on time.
• Generate and distribute monthly reports on metrics and activity.
• Support client communications related to renewals and documentation.
