Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years experience in broker or carrier health and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with numbers, data and financial details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise essential.
• Able to explain complex data clearly to clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Help clients compare health and benefits options with clear, accurate analysis.
• Turn complex data into simple, useful insights for clients and internal partners.
• Support proposals, reporting, and financial reviews guiding smart decisions.
• Review quotes with carrier partners and support negotiations.
• Build budget projections to help clients plan with confidence.
• Create presentations that explain findings clearly and professionally.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
