Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Employee Benefits Analytics Consultant to transform benefits plan data into actionable insights and support plan design decisions. You will help clients understand plan performance through clear reporting and predictive modeling tools.

In this role you will analyze population risk, financial trends, and utilization patterns, support Large Group Practice sales, and travel up to 10% for client meetings, planning, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Understanding of challenges in employee benefit plans and health care trends.
• Experience building client relationships and presenting information clearly.
• Experience with analytics tools, predictive modeling, databases or data collection systems.
• Ability to manage several projects at once while keeping work accurate and timely.
• 2–3 years of brokerage or agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization patterns; use predictive modeling to forecast outcomes and build analytics processes.
• Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice; present plan performance reports to clients and review product results.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to set timelines and manage travel up to 10% for meetings and training; operate from office for planning and preparation as needed.
