Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with benefit administration systems (bswift or similar) preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits (health, life, disability, voluntary).
• Comfort with carrier billing and COBRA administration preferred.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support system setup, testing, and ongoing updates for benefit sites.
• Ensure data quality and accurate renewals for clients and their employees.
• Identify and resolve system issues before they affect service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate updates to clients.
