Addi seeks a lead role to own the financial-systems controls framework across platforms and data pipelines. You will establish bank-aligned ITGC, governance for AI-driven workflows, and a scalable control environment to support regulatory transitions and growth in Colombia.

You will build robust controls, drive auditable processes, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance while enabling rapid, safe scale across our fintech platform.

Formación

• Deep experience in IT General Controls (ITGC) and financial systems audits.
• Fluency with local regulatory expectations and external auditors.
• Ability to build internal control frameworks from scratch in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Create an audit-ready control framework across key systems.
• Design and enforce access control across enterprise systems.
• Govern AI-driven financial workflows with human-in-the-loop accountability.
• Enforce control sign-offs for new integrations and deployments.
• Implement automated compliance tools for monitoring and evidence collection.
• Align internal control environments with regulatory and risk management frameworks.
