Addi in Colombia is seeking a Finance Operations professional to own daily Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, and regulatory-ready workflows. You will preserve data integrity, automate pipelines, and partner with data teams to scale capital markets facilities.

You’ll drive end-to-end BB processes in Databricks and Excel, reduce manual steps, maintain audit-ready docs, and help reorganize our Drive repository for fast audits.

Formación

• Experience in financial operations within a bank, brokerage, or structured finance environment.
• Direct exposure to capital markets or treasury operations with hard external deadlines and zero tolerance for errors.
• Prior exposure to Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, or credit facility management is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and document the daily monitoring and reporting workflow for the facility and coordinate with ops teams.
• Independently own end-to-end BB calculations and loan sale processes in Databricks and Excel.
• Automate manual balance updates and reduce manual handling across high-volume Excel files.
• Maintain a lender-specific cut-off calendar and ensure zero late BB submissions.
• Reorganize the Drive repository with version control and filing conventions for quick audits.
