Addi Colombia, a leading fintech, is seeking a Finance/Accounting leader to own the Atlas accounting close, reconciliation governance, and financial controls. You will ensure timely month-end delivery, drive a robust control framework, and partner with Engineering, Data, and FinSyst teams to automate reconciliations.

• Must have deep IFRS knowledge (IFRS 9, derecognition, loan sale mechanics).
• Proven experience in loan/receivable accounting and portfolio separation under complex financing/servicing structures.
• Track record in establishing rigorous financial controls and audit governance.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical rigor and data fluency with large loan-level datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 100% month-end close SLA by WD3 through Atlas accounting deliverables.
• Establish robust internal controls and documentation to achieve 100% audit readiness.
• Define single-source-of-truth methodologies for servicing fees and portfolio performance.
• Reduce manual reconciliation by driving an automation roadmap with Engineering and Data teams.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution with a cadence for escalation and root-cause analysis.
