Ilkari is seeking a Management Accountant Team Lead to own the finance function in Colombia and to lead and develop a small team. The role involves producing timely management accounts, ensuring a smooth month-end close, and managing local and crypto banking arrangements in line with Colombian regulations.

You will work with the CFO as a trusted adviser, drive automation, improve processes, and support financial planning and analysis across projects while assisting leadership with financial

Formación

• 7+ years of accounting experience with tax and AML knowledge.
• Experience in technology is an advantage.
• Qualified accounting accreditation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop a Finance Assistant.
• Close ledgers at month-end with accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and tax reports.
• Manage local and crypto bank accounts and payroll postings.
• Coordinate with local accountants and auditors; support FP&A.
• Drive automation and improve finance system processes.
