Addi in Colombia is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliation across SaaS and banking operations. You’ll partner with Treasury, FP&A, and Audit to drive reliable numbers and timely close processes.

The role emphasizes GAAP/IFRS knowledge, ERP proficiency, and data-driven insights. You’ll automate processes with AI tools, improve reporting quality, and support internal controls in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–3 years of accounting processing experience in a medium or large organization.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Netsuite.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time.
• Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month.
• Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness.
• Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar days within the first six months.
• Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar days.
• Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives.
