The Hub is looking for a B2B Sales and Digital Ads Trainer who can turn commercial knowledge into practical learning experiences. You'll facilitate onboarding, deliver engaging training sessions, and develop materials that strengthen sales teams’ skills. Your expertise in consultative selling and digital advertising will help teams build confidence and improve their performance.

Who You Are:

You're a passionate sales training professional who knows how to turn knowledge into practical skills. With at least 1 year of experience training B2B sales teams, including 6 months in ad sales or digital marketing, you understand how to facilitate onboarding, deliver engaging learning sessions, and strengthen consultative selling techniques.

You bring strong communication and facilitation skills to create training materials, lead practical exercises, and assess learning outcomes. Your ability to identify development opportunities and reinforce key concepts helps sales teams build confidence, improve their commercial skills, and apply what they learn in real sales situations.

With up to 80% English proficiency and a continuous improvement mindset, you're ready to create meaningful learning experiences and help digital advertising sales teams reach their full potential.
