VTech Dealer IT is seeking a proactive Marketing & Community Manager to energize our LinkedIn presence and drive B2B engagement for automotive IT and cybersecurity solutions. You will own content calendars, write English posts, and shape a professional brand voice across digital channels.

The role combines community management, content creation, graphic design, and analytics to grow the audience, support ABM initiatives, and report on performance for business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in community management, social media marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) mandatory.
• Proven experience growing social media communities.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B social media strategies.
• Experience creating social content calendars and running digital campaigns.
• Graphic design and basic video editing skills with Canva/Adobe CapCut.
• Understanding analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow VTech Dealer IT's online community on LinkedIn and B2B platforms.
• Create engaging English content and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Develop and execute a social content calendar aligned with objectives.
• Produce graphics and multimedia content for campaigns.
• Support ABM and audience development targeting US and other markets.
• Monitor performance, provide reports, and identify opportunities.
