Job summary

VTech Dealer IT seeks a dynamic marketing professional to lead community management, social media strategy, and content creation. You will engage with automotive IT audiences, craft professional English content, and drive brand growth across LinkedIn and strategic platforms.

You’ll design graphics, short videos, and campaigns, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to highlight client success and industry insights while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in community management, social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing and growing social media communities.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B social media strategies.
• Experience developing social media content calendars and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing and multimedia content creation skills.
• Understanding of community engagement, audience development, and brand positioning.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and social media reporting.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking, initiative, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Community Management & Engagement: Build, manage, and grow VTech Dealer IT’s online community, primarily through LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Actively engage with followers, clients, prospects, business partners, and industry professionals.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify and participate in relevant conversations within the automotive dealership, IT, and cybersecurity industries.
• Develop initiatives that encourage audience participation, engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with industry groups, associations, and professional communities.
• Monitor community conversations, feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for content and business development.
• Build genuine relationships that strengthen VTech’s credibility and industry presence.
• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar aligned with company objectives.
• Create engaging, informative, and professional content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Write high-quality social media posts, captions, articles, and marketing communications in English.
• Develop content around IT services, cybersecurity, automotive dealership technology, industry trends, and company culture.
• Identify relevant trends and creative formats to improve audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to highlight company achievements, technical expertise, employee stories, and client success stories.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across digital channels.
• Continuously identify opportunities to grow the company’s audience and improve content performance.
• Graphic Design & Multimedia Content: Design professional and visually engaging marketing materials for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and company communications.
• Create graphics, infographics, advertisements, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia assets.
• Use design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
• Transform technical information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content.
• Ensure all creative materials follow VTech’s branding guidelines.
• Support the development of visual assets for marketing campaigns, online events, and promotional initiatives.
• B2B Marketing & Audience Development: Research and identify target audiences, particularly automotive dealerships, dealership groups, and industry decision-makers across the United States.
• Develop content and engagement strategies tailored to specific audiences and business segments.
• Support ABM initiatives through audience research, personalized content, and targeted communications.
• Identify opportunities to reach dealership owners, general managers, controllers, and other relevant decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to align marketing efforts with lead generation objectives.
• Support campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate interest, and create potential business opportunities.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance, community engagement, audience growth, and digital campaign results.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and lead engagement.
• Develop regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify high-performing content and opportunities to optimize future initiatives.
• Analyze audience behavior and use data to improve marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track how community engagement and marketing initiatives contribute to business development.
• Brand Awareness & Marketing Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities for industry partnerships, collaborations, and professional networking.
• Develop creative initiatives that increase brand visibility and audience participation.
• Help position VTech Dealer IT as a trusted technology partner for automotive dealerships.
• Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across marketing communications.
• Propose new ideas to strengthen community engagement and differentiate VTech from competitors.
