Oceans Code Experts is seeking an AX-23 Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Colombia. You will manage IT infrastructure operations and lead multi-disciplinary technical teams, ensuring service excellence and alignment with business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with a track record of strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure operations, including network, end-user computing, data center/cloud, or NOC operations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Present Service Level Reviews and lead client governance meetings.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Utilize solid business acumen to understand managed services commercial models and delivery economics.
• Implement ITIL practices and run operations at scale.
• Act as a senior escalation leader during major incidents, handling executive stakeholder communication under pressure.
