Job summary

GCG in Colombia seeks a dedicated warehouse receiver to manage incoming raw materials for our food operations. You will complete all HACCP safety formats for receipts, verify expiration dates and lot numbers, and record temperatures for both goods and transport vehicles.

Ensure the cold chain for frozen items and coordinate out-of-plant purchases only for special orders as approved by the procurement supervisor. Join a dynamic, multicultural team and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Reception of raw materials: complete all HACCP safety formats for incoming materials, ensuring correct expiration date and lot information.
• Verify the temperature of incoming products to the warehouse and of the transport vehicle, and document it accordingly.
• Ensure frozen products maintain the cold chain during the reception process.
• Place out-of-plant purchases only for special orders as authorized and requested by the head of procurement.

Diligenciar todos los formatos de inocuidad para recepción de materia prima, asegurando que la información sobre fecha de vencimiento y lote sea correcta. b. Verificar la temperatura de los productos que ingresan al almacén, así como la temperatura del vehículo de transporte de alimentos y diligenciar el formato para éste propósito. c. Asegurar que los productos congelados no pierdan la cadena de frío en el proceso de recepción. d.
