Responsibilities

• Generate reception of raw materials and ensure all safety forms for raw material reception are completed, with correct expiration date and batch information.
• Verify the temperature of incoming products and the transport vehicle, and complete the form for this purpose.
• Ensure frozen products maintain the cold chain during reception.
• Place orders outside the plant only for special requests as authorized by the head of procurement.

1. Generar la recepción de materia prima. a. Diligenciar todos los formatos de inocuidad para recepción de materia prima, asegurando que la información sobre fecha de vencimiento y lote sea correcta. b. Verificar la temperatura de los productos que ingresan al almacén, así como la temperatura del vehículo de transporte de alimentos y diligenciar el formato para éste propósito. c. Asegurar que los productos congelados no pierdan la cadena de frío en el proceso de recepción. d. Realizar compras fuera de la planta solamente para pedidos especiales según sea autorizado y solicitado por el jefe de abastecimiento.
