Job summary

GCG Colombia SAS seeks a motivated professional to support procurement, payroll, scheduling, and sales reporting across LATAM operations. You will help ensure smooth daily operations and accurate financial controls, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience procuring raw materials and supplies.
• Payroll processing experience or related duties.
• Ability to schedule staff and manage shifts.
• Experience preparing and reviewing sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials according to organizational parameters.
• Attend client needs per organizational guidelines.
• Process payroll for staff, including reports and closes.
• Schedule shifts for the point of sale staff.
• Submit sales reports to finance for control and follow-up.
• Cash reconciliation and hygiene/quality verification.

• Realizar pedidos de compras de materia prima.
• Atender las necesidades de los clientes de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos en la organización.
• Liquidar nómina del personal a cargo (reporte de novedades, inventarios, cierres de mesa).
• Programar el horario del personal perteneciente al punto de venta.
• Enviar informes de ventas al personal encargado del control y seguimiento financiero de la organización.
• Cuadre de caja.
• Verificar las instalaciones del punto de venta de acuerdo a lineamientos establecidos de higiene y calidad.
