Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials.
• Fill out all safety/inocuity forms for receipt of raw materials, ensuring correct expiration date and lot information.
• Check the temperature of inbound products and the transport vehicle, and complete the form for this purpose.
• Ensure frozen products do not lose the cold chain during reception.
• Procure external purchases only for special orders as authorized by the head of procurement.

1. Generar la recepción de materia prima.
   1. Diligenciar todos los formatos de inocuidad para recepción de materia prima, asegurando que la información sobre fecha de vencimiento y lote sea correcta.
   2. Verificar la temperatura de los productos que ingresan al almacén, así como la temperatura del vehículo de transporte de alimentos y diligenciar el formato para éste propósito.
   3. Asegurar que los productos congelados no pierdan la cadena de frío en el proceso de recepción.
   4. Realizar compras fuera de la planta solamente para pedidos especiales según sea autorizado y solicitado por el jefe de abastecimiento.
