GCG Colombia SAS, a leading partner for Sky Dining, Airport Dining, Aviation Support and Culinary services across Latin America, invites you to join our operations team in Valle del Cauca. You will ensure compliance with procedures, generate reports, and provide equipment for production and flights, while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Generate reports of equipment handled by each Airline
• Provide the required equipment in production areas
• Prepare the necessary elements for each flight according to orders
• Comply with rotation of perishable products according to HACCP and GMP standards
• Deliver Kanban
• Report any situations that may affect food safety, health and safety of people or the environment
• Report inventory to each airline according to dates set by each airline
• Unload products from each airline, record them on the respective pages and store them
• Assemble beverages for Commissary
• Support cleaning and ramp area as requested by supervisor or operations manager
• Support and execute inventory of the area
• Assemble cutlery according to each airline's specifications

Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos asociados al área de operaciones:

• a. Generar la elaboración de reportes de equipos manejados por cada Aerolínea
• b. Proveer el equipo requerido en las áreas de producción
• c. Alistar los elementos necesarios para cada vuelo de acuerdo a los pedidos realizados
• d. Cumplir con la rotación de productos perecederos de acuerdo a la norma HACCP y BPM
• e. Cumplir con la entrega de Kamban
• f. Informar las situaciones que puedan afectar la inocuidad de los alimentos, la salud y seguridad de las personas o el medio ambiente
• g. Reportar a cada aerolínea el inventario existente de acuerdo a las fechas establecidas por cada Aerolínea.
• h. Realizar el descargue de los productos provenientes de cada aerolínea, registrarlos en las respectivas páginas y almacenarlo.
• i. Realizar el armado de bebidas de Comisariato
• j. Apoyo al área de lavado y rampa y cuando sea solicitado por el supervisor o jefe de operaciones
• k. Apoyar y ejecutar el inventario del área.
• l. Realizar armando de cubertería de acuerdo con la especificación de cada aerolínea.
