Role Overview

This is a structured two‑year career path designed to turn high‑potential candidates into Certified Atlassian Consultants. During Year 1 you will complete a guided training curriculum across Jira administration, Confluence, Jira Service Management, agile practices, and consulting fundamentals, earn the required Atlassian Partner accreditations, and pursue one Atlassian Certification of your choice. After the training year you will move into a practice role as a Certified Atlassian Consultant, supporting real client engagements (including US‑based customers) while continuing to develop your skills through mentorship and performance feedback. Strong performance can lead to a permanent full‑time role.

What you will do

• Learn Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management through structured labs and practical scenarios
• Configure projects, workflows, permissions, automation, dashboards, and reporting
• Practice ITSM service delivery using Jira Service Management requests, incidents, problems, and changes
• Support troubleshooting, documentation, and end‑user training sessions
• Learn consulting skills: discovery, requirements, solution design, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with senior consultants delivering cloud‑first solutions and modern Atlassian best practices

Requirements

• English level C1 or higher
• Ability to work on‑site in Chapinero full‑time
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and willingness to learn fast
• Interest in agile, ITSM, DevOps, and Atlassian cloud products
• Prior Jira or Confluence experience is a plus, but not required

Additional notes: This role supports US‑based clients and requires a schedule aligned to US availability and a customized holiday plan aligned to US coverage needs. A productivity, security, and compliance tracking system is used.
