Hyland is seeking a Solution Engineer (Atlassian) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will design, prototype, test, and train, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact across environments.

Using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, you will perform business analysis, document functional requirements, and guide migrations. This remote role supports Colombia or Brazil, with opportunities to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions.
• Proficiency with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, Apex, or Python.
• Strong business analysis skills, including documenting functional requirements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices to meet stakeholder needs.
• Perform business analysis to gather information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders.
• Test business solutions to ensure performance is as designed and resolve any identified issues.
• Develop and support migration plans for business solutions across environments, guiding stakeholders throughout the process.
• Document solutions and compose training materials; conduct training sessions for end users and transition key information to the support team.
• Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality.
