Job summary

Colombia-based DHL Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. is seeking an Associate BWS with strong English communication skills to manage maritime logistics data entry and document handling.

The role requires reliability in shift work, adherence to customs policies, and keen attention to detail in coordinating with business partners across multiple countries and regions. You will verify documentation, maintain timely communications, and support leaders with a range of duties in a dynamic logistics

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely data entry for maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with customs policies of various countries and internal SOPs.
• Maintain daily contact with business partners across regions and countries; report abnormalities promptly.
• Verify and organize customs declaration and transportation documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Leaders.

Associate BWS Key Capabilities

• Ensure he accuracy, completeness and timeliness of System data entry and daily maintenance of maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with the customs policies of various countries and the internal standard operating procedures.
• Be responsible for maintaining daily contact and communication with BPs in different countries and regions.
• Verification and organization of customs declaration documents and transportation documents.
• When any abnormal situation in the process operation is discovered, report it in a timely manner and handle it.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.

Competencies

• College degree or above, logistics or international trade related major is preferred.
• Have good command of English, be able to independently communicate smoothly.
• High-quality and efficient working ability, be willing to accept shift work.
• Familiar with office software, familiar with CW1 system is preferred.
• Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient, good communication and pressure tolerance
