Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or above; logistics or international trade major preferred.

• Familiar with office software; CW1 system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of system data entry and daily maintenance of maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with customs policies of various countries and internal SOPs.
• Maintain daily contact with BPs in different countries and regions.
• Verify and organize customs declaration documents and transportation documents.
• Report abnormalities promptly and handle them accordingly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Key Capabilities：

• Ensure he accuracy, completeness and timeliness of System data entry and daily maintenance of maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with the customs policies of various countries and the internal standard operating procedures.
• Be responsible for maintaining daily contact and communication with BPs in different countries and regions.
• Verification and organization of customs declaration documents and transportation documents.
• When any abnormal situation in the process operation is discovered, report it in a timely manner and handle it.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.

Competencies:

• College degree or above, logistics or international trade related major is preferred.
• Have good command of English, be able to independently communicate smoothly.
• High-quality and efficient working ability, be willing to accept shift work.
• Familiar with office software, familiar with CW1 system is preferred.
