Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a logistics support specialist to ensure accurate system data entry and daily maintenance of maritime documents. The role requires complying with customs policies and maintaining daily contact with BPs across regions.

You will verify and organize customs declarations, report process abnormalities promptly, and handle related tasks as assigned by Leadership, with English proficiency and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in logistics or international trade (preferred).
• Good command of English and able to communicate smoothly.
• Willing to accept shift work.
• Familiar with office software; CW1 system preferred.
• Initiative, responsibility, careful and patient with strong communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data entry and daily maintenance of maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with the customs policies of various countries and internal SOPs.
• Maintain daily contact and communication with BPs in different countries and regions.
• Verify and organize customs declaration documents and transportation documents.
• Report any abnormal situation in the process promptly and handle it.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.

Key Capabilities：

• Ensure he accuracy, completeness and timeliness of System data entry and daily maintenance of maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with the customs policies of various countries and the internal standard operating procedures.
• Be responsible for maintaining daily contact and communication with BPs in different countries and regions.
• Verification and organization of customs declaration documents and transportation documents.
• When any abnormal situation in the process operation is discovered, report it in a timely manner and handle it.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.

Competencies：

• College degree or above, logistics or international trade related major is preferred.
• Have good command of English, be able to independently communicate smoothly.
• High-quality and efficient working ability, be willing to accept shift work.
• Familiar with office software, familiar with CW1 system is preferred.
