Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, drive integration projects, and ensure end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.

The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6–8 years' Manhattan Scale/Active experience, strong WMS and SQL skills, and Agile delivery. CSPO or Manhattan certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL, and system integration knowledge.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specifications for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive End-to-End testing: validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
