Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. The role focuses on owning backlog, aligning operational needs to epics and stories, and driving integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.

You will bring 10+ years in IT, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL and API skills, and Agile delivery experience. A CS/IT/SCM degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
