Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics, and ensure robust integration between Manhattan WMS and external systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, strong SQL and API experience, and CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred. This role offers flexible work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Supply Chain is required.
• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms.
• Strong SQL, API integration standards, and Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements, translating needs into epics and stories for development teams.
• Lead technical integration, mapping REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide SME guidance on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
