Monetize More Inc is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative for the APAC region. This remote role starts commission-only with uncapped earnings and transitions to base salary plus commission after achieving targets.

You will identify publisher leads, engage them with tailored ad-tech solutions, and close deals across APAC markets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales within ad-tech or SaaS, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and APAC market awareness.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetization.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• English fluency and preferably an additional APAC language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and prospecting in the APAC region through research, networking, and events.
• Client engagement with publishers, understanding needs and presenting ad-tech solutions.
• Sales conversion from outreach to closing deals using demos, proposals, and negotiations.
• Represent Monetize More at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
• Collaborate with account management and technical teams for onboarding and optimization.
• Reporting and analytics of sales performance using CRM and leadership updates.
• Stay informed on APAC ad-tech trends and publisher needs to refine strategies.
