Monetize More Inc. is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative for the LATAM region, working remotely. You will drive new business by engaging publisher leads, presenting ad-tech solutions, and closing deals.

The role starts commission-only with uncapped earnings and may transition to a fixed salary plus commission after hitting targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B sales in ad-tech or SaaS, strong English, and LATAM market understanding.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech/digital advertising/SaaS.
• Familiarity with header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetization.
• Proven ability to generate and close leads in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: identify and target LATAM publishers.
• Client Engagement: build strong relationships and present ad-tech solutions.
• Sales Conversion: drive full sales cycle to close deals.
• Market Representation: represent MonetizeMore at events and webinars.
• Collaboration: work with account management and technical teams for onboarding.
• Reporting and Analytics: track pipeline progress and market insights.
• Market Intelligence: stay informed on LATAM ad-tech trends.
