100Hires is a fast-growing B2B SaaS that automates recruiting workflows for hundreds of companies worldwide. We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team and help scale to the next level.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, conduct live demos, map customer pain points to our features, and craft tailored outreach sequences. This role is fully remote with a competitive USD base salary plus uncapped commission.

Formación

• At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• English fluency for remote async work (spoken & written).
• Strong live demo and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to map customer pain points to product use cases.
• Self-starter with reliable internet and CRM discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Conduct live demos and handle objections with confidence.

• Write clear, tailored follow-up emails and outreach sequences.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and lead progression.
