PRGX in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Business Analyst to deliver timely client reports and insights using Power BI and SQL. You will partner with field staff and management to create dashboards, verify data accuracy, and provide KPI analyses to drive process improvements.

The role requires 2+ years of dashboard/reporting experience, strong Power BI skills, and English proficiency at least intermediate. On-site position with standard full-time hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience creating dashboards or reports with Power BI.
• Experience managing dashboards or reports for managers, directors, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI; familiarity with SQL or Microsoft Access.
• English level: Intermediate or above (B1).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Field staff and Corporate management to prepare and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client reports and business analysis.
• Verify accuracy and validity of data for client reports and analysis.
• Acquire, analyze, interpret, and summarize critical data into meaningful information.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting and operational dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Provide KPI analysis for clients and support sales/marketing/operations with data research.
