PRGX in Medellín seeks a Business Analyst to partner with field staff and management to deliver timely client reports and analyses. You will verify data accuracy, synthesize critical information, and generate meaningful insights for decision makers across the client base.

Responsibilities include developing standardized reporting, conducting KPI analyses, and providing ad hoc data support to Sales, Marketing and Operations while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. English proficiency required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience creating dashboards or reports with Power BI.
• Experience managing dashboards for managers/directors or financial departments.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and database systems like SQL or Access.
• English level: Intermediate or above (B1).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Field staff and management to prepare timely, accurate client reports and business analyses.
• Verify data accuracy and integrity for client reports and analyses.
• Analyze and summarize critical data into meaningful information for decision makers.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting, including routine weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Perform KPI analysis and support sales/marketing/operations with data insights.
