Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet operations or related field.
• Experience managing regional fleet operations, budgets, and supplier performance.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Execute global fleet strategy across the Americas, translating regional priorities into market-level plans and consistent operating practices.
• Manage regional fleet performance, service delivery, budget execution, and employee experience across the Americas.
• Oversee vehicle lifecycle activities, driver support, onboarding, offboarding, maintenance, fuel, and incident administration.
• Manage regional suppliers, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Track fleet spend and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and asset utilization.
• Monitor compliance and risk, coordinate corrective actions, and report to Global Fleet Lead.
• Provide updates, risks and recommendations on fleet performance to stakeholders.
• Use data to identify trends and support regional decision-making.
• Build relationships with leaders across the Americas (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, EHS).
• Support governance, audits, and continuous-improvement efforts.
