Qualifications

• 8–10 years in fleet operations, procurement or supply chain with leadership experience.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate global fleet strategy into regional priorities and plans.
• Own regional fleet performance, budget, service delivery and experience.
• Oversee regional budgets, controls and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Manage fleet processes, safety, and compliance across lifecycle.
• Lead and develop Fleet Regional Operations Managers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Provide risk insights and leadership updates to executives.
