Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet operations, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience managing regional fleet operations, budgets, service delivery, and supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; able to influence in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Execute global fleet strategy across the Americas with regional plans.
• Manage regional fleet performance, service delivery, budget execution, and employee experience.
• Oversee vehicle lifecycle, maintenance, safety, and related operational controls.
• Monitor suppliers and KPIs; drive cost efficiency and asset utilization.
• Provide performance updates and recommendations to Global Fleet Lead.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
