Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Fleet Regional Operations Supervisor for Bogotá. You will partner with leadership to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, and driver issue resolution, acting as a liaison with LCs, FMCs, OEMs, and internal functions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, regional fleet knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in fleet or similar program or portfolio management experience, including managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs, and other suppliers, with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulations.
• Advanced English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operational activities (delivery/return, maintenance, repairs) to ensure efficiency and a positive experience for fleet-eligible employees.
• Serve as a liaison between Leasing Companies, Fleet Management Companies, OEMs, and internal Johnson & Johnson functions to facilitate processes and resolve issues.
• Balance local business needs with Global Fleet strategy by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and satisfy requirements.
• Support strategies and process improvements to drive cost-effective and efficient fleet operations in local markets.
• Review suppliers’ service delivery against KPIs and SLAs for quality assurance and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Analyze regional fleet performance data and provide insights to identify cost-effective efficiencies.
• Resolve escalations stemming from fleet eligible employees (maintenance issues, pool car access, replacements).
• Provide regular status updates on regional fleet activities, escalations, risks, and issues to the GS Fleet Operations Manager.
